All orders have a production traveler with blueprints, digital pictures, and /or detailed instructions as to how the parts are to be masked, painted, baked and packaged. This critical step is vital to producing a quality finish. We also provide clients with many options for custom finishes, which further showcases our diversity and committment to quality service.
WOOD FINISHING
Our pre finish moulding division uses a state of the art dual stage “Finish Line” moulding sprayer system. From simple prime only orders to high end specialty finishes, our in-house system is set up in a way that stains and clear finishes never run through the same lines as the prime and paint products.
POWDER COATING
With powder coating, you are getting exactly what it says: a very durable coating that is applied as a free-flowing powder. Applying powder coating to a metal creates a hard finish that is much tougher than conventional paint. Also, due to the application process, powder coating can produce much thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging.
